Incentive Programme – All full-time employees at Pardoo Wagyu have the benefit of a Short- and Long-Term employment incentive programme, providing up to an additional 15% of their annual remuneration.

Current Opportunities – We have several exciting opportunities, supervisory positions to be hands on and the conduit between management and the station & farm hand crew, and also station crew positions. These are full time permanent positions with an immediate start, ensuring that the daily operations of the Station run smoothly.

Station Hands

Must be 2nd year or above to be considered for this position.
Head Stockperson

Requires 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, or 3-4 years leading a stock camp
Pen Rider

Requires horse riding skills, ability to spot sick animals.
