PILBARA COASTLINE

WAGYU REIMAGINED

A Vision to Transform

In a decade we have transformed a 150-year-old cattle station of 200,000 hectares from 3500 Santa Gertrudis breeders to over 10,000 pure bred Wagyu breeders covering 800,000 hectares in the North of Western Australia.

Pardoo Wagyu now consists of the Kimberley breeding properties Leopold, Fairfield, Mowanjum, intensive feeding at Pardoo Station and an Elite Japanese Bull Stud farm in the Perth Hills.

1000 hectares of pivot irrigators with pressurised artesian water from the West Canning Basin the second largest in Australia, pave the way for sustainable year-round fodder production.

REDEFINING RARE
THE FINEST WAGYU

With a strong global marketing and commercial background, Bruce Cheung invested in WA’s beef industry in 2014, identifying the Pilbara as the ideal location for a world-class Wagyu operation. Pardoo Beef Corporation was founded in 2015 with the purchase of Pardoo Station, forming the heart of WA’s first purebred Wagyu community.

Now trading as Pardoo Wagyu, we are a vertically integrated, genetics to plate company committed to ethical animal care, environmental stewardship, and delivering ultra-premium Wagyu. Our vision is to create a reliable, traceable supply of Wagyu that merges the unique flavours of the Pilbara and Kimberley with Japan’s rich heritage.
